rel="external">https://reurl.cc/0mDE4M</a>)</p> <p>2026航海實務論壇鑒於臺灣週遭水域為國際主要貿易交通樞紐，卻海難事故頻仍，故今年航海實務論壇將以優化臺灣週遭水域交通安全管理為主題，探討如何優化此區域海上交通安全管理。</p> <p>海上航行安全，除了當值操船者的技術能力外，還需要海上交通管理規劃與相關的實時管理作業相輔相成，方能確保航行安全。航海從業人員乃是國家海事人才培育的基礎，具備航海實務經驗者，乃可成為真正的海事人才，更是維護海上交通安全管理的智慧泉源，故航海人除了海上操縱管理船舶的專業學習外，也應強化海上交通管理的思維，所以希望藉助論壇，提升海上交通管理的思維優化，成為國家航安管理的智囊，為優化海上交通安全奉獻心力。</p>
